Hand crafted chocolate from Western Australia (Perth). This bar is a 65% dark chocolale made with cacao from Panamanian farmers in the Bocas del Toro province and infused with Ooray, a native fruit tree from the coastal rainforests of Australia's east coast. This has a wonderful tang to it that reminds us of gooseberries.
Ingredients: Panamanian organic cocoa beans (65%), Australian raw sugar, Australian Ooray. May contain traces of nuts.
