Suggested Pairings
Dry Soda and Amedei chocolate pairingChocolate pairs well with many foods and beverages.  Roasted, unsweetened cacao nibs make a great addition to salads or as a rub on seafood and meat. Chocolate bars and truffles go well with a number of beverages including Scotch, Whiskey, Armagnac, single-origin coffee, and tea.

Wine Pairing
When pairing chocolate with wine, it is important to choose a wine that has a similar flavor profile to the chocolate. For example, a chocolate from Madagascar that has notes of red fruit and citrus would pair well with a wine that has the same flavor notes. We recommend pairing chocolate with wines that have residual sugars, such as Port, ice wine, and muscat. Most chocolate has sugar in it, and the sugar pairs better with these sweeter wines. If you are drinking a more robust wine that has less sugar content, a 100% bar of chocolate with no sugar might be a good fit.
