Large Orders
If you would like to place a large order, please call us at (206) 282-0776 so we can manage the billing and shipping process for you. We are happy to take your large order that is shipping to one address or to many addresses. Let us make it easier for you!Hours
You are welcome to place orders anytime you like. If you would like to talk to a person about your order, we look forward to speaking with you during our business hours, Monday through Wednesday 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, Thursday through Saturday 10:00 am to 9:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Time at (206) 282-0776. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you are a corporate client who is interested in placing a large order, please call us so that we may make accommodations for your method of payment.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 9.5% will be added to all orders shipping to Washington State. No sales tax is added to orders being shipped to other states.
Returns
We understand there may be times when you change your mind about what
you ordered. We gladly accept returns of books and non-food items
within 10 days of delivery of your order.If you are not happy
about what you received, please call us at (206) 282-0776. We want to
know about it, and we want an opportunity to make you happy.
When sending a return, please include your name, billing address, e-mail, phone number and a reason for the return on a sheet of paper inside the return box so we can properly issue a credit. We will need your phone number to confirm your credit card number for a refund.
